  • Application / Credit Check Fee: The application fee is $40. This fee is used to run a simple credit check and is standard with most of the nicer-end apartment complexes in Rexburg
  • Administration Fee: Upon getting a contract there will be a $350 Administration Fee for paperwork done at becoming a new tenet.
  • Deposit: A deposit of $250 is also required before moving in.

• Renters Insurance: Some complexes require the tenets to have renters insurance, including this one. Renters insurance can be found between $13-15 per month.
