The complex comprises 144 units across three buildings, each unit measuring 650 square feet with a layout of one bedroom, one flex room (small bedroom without a window), and one bathroom.

Pricing varies by floor level:

• Basement units: $1,000 per month
• First-floor units: $1,050 per month
• Second and third-floor units: $1,100 per month

These units come partially furnished, including a queen bed frame and a TV mount in the living room.

• Contract Transfer fee: The residents sometimes offer their contracts for sale online on Facebook, if you do purchase a contract from them there is a $350 transfer fee.
• Utilities: Like most other complexes Juniper does not cover electricity and gas. Depending on how much you spend on these the cost can range from $40+ for electricity and $10+ for gas.
• Wi-Fi: In order to access the wi-fi you must purchase or bring your own router to use
• Deposit: Like all complexes there is a deposit required. This deposit is $500 for basement level apartments and $600 for 2-3rd level apartments, with $75 being non-refundable
