My daughter called them back asking why they ran their credit without getting permission. They were told that it was in the application paperwork. It was not. My daughter then asked for their application fee back as it is detailed in the paperwork that if they decide not to go with Madison that they can be refunded the $80 fee. They were denied the refund.”
